Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, refunds, failed transactions, and disputes for orders and service bookings made through the JalsaHub platform. By placing an order or booking a service on JalsaHub, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Product Orders
1.1 Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel product orders before the order has been confirmed, processed, or dispatched by the vendor. Once an order has been shipped, out for delivery, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
1.2 Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain products may be marked as non-cancellable or non-returnable due to their nature (for example: perishable goods, hygiene products, or customized items). Such conditions will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
1.3 Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds for delivered products are subject to vendor policies, product condition verification, and platform review. Refunds may be issued only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
2. Service Bookings
2.1 Booking Cancellation
Service bookings may be cancelled by the customer before the scheduled service start time. Cancellations requested after the service slot has started or within a restricted time window may not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
If a service booking is cancelled by the vendor due to unavailability, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
2.3 Missed or No-Show Appointments
If a customer fails to attend a booked service without prior cancellation, the booking may be marked as completed or cancelled without refund, depending on vendor policy.
3. Payment & Refund Processing
3.1 Refund Method
All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of transaction. JalsaHub does not support cash refunds for online payments.
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Actual credit time depends on the customer’s bank, payment provider, and UPI network.
- In some cases, refunds may take up to 10 working days.
3.3 Failed or Incomplete Transactions
If a payment is debited from the customer’s account but the order or booking is not successfully created, the transaction will be treated as a failed payment. Such amounts are automatically refunded to the original payment method within the standard refund timeline.
4. Refund Review & Approval
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by JalsaHub or the respective vendor. JalsaHub reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests in cases of policy violation, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
5. Limitations & Rights
JalsaHub acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between customers and vendors. Final fulfillment responsibility lies with the vendor. JalsaHub’s role is limited to payment facilitation, dispute mediation, and refund processing where applicable.
