These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the JalsaHub website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using JalsaHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “JalsaHub” refers to the technology platform providing marketplace and booking facilitation services.
• “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• “Vendor” refers to independent sellers or service providers listed on the Platform.
• “Order” refers to the purchase of products through the Platform.
• “Booking” refers to the reservation of services through the Platform.

2. Role of JalsaHub

JalsaHub operates as a technology-enabled marketplace and booking platform. JalsaHub does not manufacture, sell, store, or directly provide products or services listed by vendors.

Vendors are independent businesses solely responsible for the quality, legality, delivery, pricing, warranties, and fulfillment of their products or services.

3. User Eligibility & Account

Users must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities conducted through their account.

JalsaHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

4. Orders (Products)

Product listings, prices, and availability are provided by vendors and may change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which may be accepted or rejected by the vendor.

JalsaHub is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or quality issues arising from vendor fulfillment.

5. Service Bookings

Service bookings are subject to vendor availability, confirmation, and operational constraints. Booking times, durations, and service details are determined by vendors.

Failure to attend a booked service without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

6. Payments

Payments for orders and bookings may be made through online payment gateways or other methods supported on the Platform. JalsaHub does not store sensitive payment details.

All online transactions are processed by third-party, RBI-authorized payment service providers. JalsaHub’s role is limited to payment facilitation and transaction status updates.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. User Conduct

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Not misuse or interfere with the Platform
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and platform design are the intellectual property of JalsaHub or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JalsaHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or vendor services.

11. Termination

JalsaHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice in case of violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

JalsaHub may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
